Hi Bryan

Best thing to do is to goto http://www.dnsforms.co.uk and fill out the general enquiry form to get the problem fixed, and the BT DNS team will be able to fix this for you. They did for me.

web address

When BT took over hosting our website from Madasafish the web address changed from www.swanleyandnorthdownslions.org.uk to http://swanleyandnorthdowsnlions.org.uk losing the www prefix. Unfortunately websearch engines (eg Google) are continuing to look for the 'www' site and a lot of web links (eg to fund raising events), our publicity material, directory entries etc have the 'www' address too.

What do we do? I cannot 'redirect' as I no longer have access to the old 'www' site and Google tell me they can only ignore the whole name (including our present web address).

HELP
