Trying to manage my website - empty page showing when I go to Manage Services

Hi, I set up my website a couple of years ago and havent made any amends to it for about 12 months. I now need to change some prices but when I go to My Account, then Manage Services, it just comes up with an empty box with no 'Manage Web Hosting' or 'Manage Website' links to click on. There is just nothing there. Any ideas? I find this system so frustrating every time I use it.

Hi, I'm equally frustrated at the moment. The Manage services box shows my site but when I click on it I just get a message saying I've been logged out.

Anyone out there having similar problems? Is there a fault on the BT site?

I'm having the same problems this morning. No options in the Manage Services screen. It was working fine yesterday.

The site was down last night for 'maintenance updates' - they have probably screwed something up!

I've been onto BT support - they know about it and are looking into it. Couldn't give me a fix time though.

Another issue with this one! Ben ok since weekend but now I can't acess web stats. Get a new window with 'application logo will be placed here' and reference to Lang_app_description?

Have e-mailed bt but anyone with similar problems again?
