cant access my dot com address that should bring up my .co.uk web site

http 403 error unable to load may require a password every time I try to bring up my website amc-necton-gym-club.com. bt were ment to have set it to auto load my main website amc-gymnastic-services.co.uk. i have been trying to work out what is wrong for over a month any one help

Hi annemarrie,

It sounds like you need a DNS A record repoint from the .com domain to point to the .co.uk domain name. If you go to DNS forms and click on DNS A record repoint, then click email our DNS team will process this for you. Alternatelty if you contact our live web chat team, they can process this for you too.
