If you are trying to re-point your domain name(s) to a web server on your IP address, you will need to have the "A" records re-pointed by your domain host. Usually, a web-based system is provided which would allow you to edit the domain names "Zone File", which contains the records pointing to web, mail servers, FTP location, etc.

Since it seems that your current domain hosts don't allow you to do this yourself, you would need to contact them to have this done for you.
