Domain forwarding problem

I wish to point my 2 BT hosted domains (yachtmorpheus.co.uk & thala.co.uk) to the same webspace http://talentia.myzen.co.uk/morpheus.

I have successfully pointed the yachtmorpheus domain, but when I try to do the thala domain I get the following message:-

You are trying to set a www record, when one already exists for this domain. This can cause issues with the domain resolving properly. None of the changes just submitted have been saved. If you need to change a www record please use Advanced Domain Manager.

Can anybody shed any light on how to work around this?

Hi Kaal,

If you go to DNS forms and click on DNS A record repoint, then click on email. You will email our DNS team who can make the change for you.

I'm afraid I do not know the actual IP address to point to, will the URL sufffice?

In that case use the general enquiry form and specify the URL in the email.
