Duplicate Page on Easy Site Pro

I've been trying to duplicate pages for my website to use as a template, but for some reason when I click 'duplicate page' it loads up as though it has worked, but when I search in the page list to select and edit it the duplicate version isn't there.. .anyone any solutions or experiencing the same problem?

I can create new pages fine- just this one function that isn't functioning!

Everything seems fine on my test account. I would suggest giving support a call to take a look into this, there may be a corrupt file in your editor. You should be able to find the contact information under "Domains and Hosting" at http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact. Hopefully we can be of some assistance there.
