Renew Domain Payment

I'm trying to renew my .com domain. The payment page asks for a credit card issue number. There is no such thing - confirmed with card provider this morning. It's a mandatory field. Help please.

Hi Alan - I have the same problem. Did you ever resolve it? I tried to contact BT about it but couldn't find a tel number for customer support - and the web chat person had just about heard of BT and the Domain Centre but knew only the names.

Thanks in advance and apologies for not offering a resolution.

This issue needs to be handled by our Domain Name Services team. They can only be contacted via an on-line e-mail form, use the DNS Enquiry form you can find here
