setting up a web email address

Hi there,

I am very new to this so I'll try and explain my problem as well as I can.

I have set up a website, including a webform for people to contact me with, when I set up the form, I was asked to choose an email address where the messages would be sent, the default was "postmaster@morgan-plumbing.co.uk", I changed this to my personal email for convenience.

I would like to know how I can access the email addresses which are attached to the website and if i can create my own, e.g Steve@morgan-plumbing.co.uk.

I have searched through the BT website centre but can't seem to find anything about the website email account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi,

If you have a domain name with BT you can create email address such as steve@domainname.co.uk through our website. This article "How do I create personalised domain names and email addresses" explains how to create these email addresses.
