Hi BureauDirect,

if you website is not showing when you drop the www you will need to create what is known as an @none record.

If you look at the thread Domain name format, this exlpains, alternately go to www.dnsforms.co.uk and click on domains and hosting then click on A record repoint and our DNS team will edit the domain name for you.

Regards

As far as I know our DNS records are set up correctly, and if you type www.bureaudirect.co.uk it goes to the website, but not if you drop the www.

I have set up the A records with both the Key set to www and also * both pointing at the same IP address - is this correct? Am I doing something wrong?
