      <title>Do BT ever respond to support requests?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I completed the required form to transfer out my business domain to another Host/Registrar two days ago. Guess what? I'm still waiting on a response despite being advised that a reply would be forthcoming in 12 hours!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would have thought&amp;nbsp;that BT would respond reasonably quickly to a business customer - but, NO - Friday 5:00 has arrived and I will just have to wait until Monday to make another attempt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
