We have tried to repoint our BT connect domain name to a different IP address so we could re point to a website. Trouble is we got it a bit wrong and mesed up our clients emails, which they wanted to keep with BT. Cannot work out which DNS settings to use for which bit, is it A record for the IP address, CName and MX for the email? Their email had the prefix of mail1@ which seemed odd to me. I have sort of fiixed the problem, they can send out emails but cannot receive any. Can anyone at BT offer any help ( the help form was sent by me earlier todau but no one has repled.
