easy site optimizer not working.

Hi.

Just finished getting my website up and running but when i click on the link to the easy site optimizer it goes to load but comes uo with a small box with loading in it and then just re directs back to the managing site page.

just wondered if it was my pc or a more in depth problem or if i havent subscribed to that particular package.

This may be an issue with the particular browser you are using. In addition, some browser "add-ons" can influence how this works as well as security settings. It should be fine with IE (I'd hesitate to be completely sure of IE9, since we do know of other issues with that browser), Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

If you can, use one of these browsers without add-ons and everything set to "Default". I do know that it's possible to start IE with no add-ons, please see:
