    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just finished getting my website up and running but when i click on the link to the easy site optimizer it goes to load but comes uo with a small box with loading in it and then just re directs back to the managing site page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just wondered if it was my pc or a more in depth problem or if i havent subscribed to that particular package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This may be an issue with the particular browser you are using.&amp;nbsp; In addition, some browser "add-ons" can influence how this works as well as security settings.&amp;nbsp; It should be fine with IE (I'd hesitate to be completely sure of IE9, since we do know of other issues with that browser), Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Chrome.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can, use one of these browsers without add-ons and everything set to "Default".&amp;nbsp; I do know that it's possible to start IE with no add-ons, please see:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/archive/2006/07/25/678113.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;IEBlog: Troubleshooting and Internet Explorer’s (No Add-ons) Mode&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
