Web Forward Issue

I have domain mobilecocktail.co.uk registered with BT.

When trying to forward to another URL I get message that www record is already set in Advanced Settings.

When I look there A recordit is greyed out and can not be changed.

If I manualy add URL or Frame Web Forward in Advanced Settings I get error message 403 in explorer (forbiden).

I beleive this is because I used to have web hosting and some advanced settings are disbled. I do not have web hosting for this domain any more and would like to be able to web forward it to another address.

Can you help please?

Hi Boran,

I would advise you to get in contact with our DNS team to get the forward setup. To contact them go to www.dnsforms.co.uk click on general enquiry, then click email. Fill the form in and send it to them, once they receive it and have processed the request, they will email you back to advise.
