Is it possible to publish my same site to multiple domain names and would this be possible through the package £54 quarterly or is there a cheaper way to do this.

You can direct other domain names to your existing site, lightbrownie. See this Help and Support article:

How do I redirect my domain name to another URL?

You can choose URL forwarding, where the address in the browser's address bar changes to the destination address or Frame forwarding, where the address you type in remains in the address bar.

It's worth knowing that Frame Forwarding is not "Google friendly", Google's indexing bots won't follow the forwarding.
