Loaded web site but does not show

I have stripped off my old website using FileZilla from my free webspace.

Loaded a new website created in Serif WebPlus X5 using the correct access details and their publish to web button.

In FileZilla I can see the new content has been loaded to wpimages and wpscripts folders, however I cannot get it to load. It shows Index of/username with a parent directory and this links to a BTweb hosting page.

I have also checked the .co.uk domain name is directed correctly and this shows the same Index page.

Can anyone advise or who to contact to rectify this error.

I have also tried www.c31.sitepreviewer.com and it does not show in this either.

Tried moving the index file from wpscripts folder to public folder and most of the text loaded, but no photos.

Then moved all wpimages files and wpscripts files to public, made no effect.

Then moved all files except index file to username folder, made no effect.

Any further ideas?

Hi ArtfulDodger,

I have checked with our web hosting team and I am sorry but word press will not work on our free webspace platform. If you are looking to use word press, you would need to purchase one of our hosting packs to allow you to do this.
