Tech guy left, need access to our domain

Hello,

Recently our tech guy who managed our domain name from btconnect.com left with all his access data and we are now locked out of the account.

Anyone knows any email or phone I can call and take any chance to get this domain ?

Assuming that you or the company you own or work for paid BT directly for the hosting and domain name then would suggest contacting billing as they will have your personal information thus be able to verify your identity and reset the account passwords. However this will require collaberation between billing & tech support so be prepared, it could take a while to rectify.

You may look for anyone who can fix it for you and would be much happy to help you with it. Try freelancing sites. Google for it.
