if your just wanting to bring down a certain part of a website, you would need to adjust the code within yourwebsite to remove links etc and then remove the files assisated with that site,

If your wanting to bring down a complete website and Domain you can remove the website via removing the files int he FTP space, but you own the domain for a perod of time (normally 2 years after ordering with the "Contract" being renewed for 2 years every time it runs out,
