SSL Certificates Issue

I'm setting up my store. I'm just learning how everything works, and that is great fun. I have one problem, regarding SSL Certificates. I don't know if I overlooked something, so before I submit a ticket, I want to be sure the error is on my end.

The problem is, I cannot order a Certificate from the webhost control panel. Ther should be en Order Certificat Tab, but I cannot see that. Is there something I forgot to do, because I can only set the price, and nothing else.
Is there anybody who experienced the same problem and solved this?

Hi Orthohin,

SSL is only available on professional hosting.

If you already have this you need to click on "manage websites and online stores" then once in the website centre click "security".

From here you should see the SSL option which will then enable you to generate a CSR.

You then take the CSR then goto "manage my domains" where you should be able to use this to purchase your SSL certificate under "ssl purchase",
