REAL PROBLEM....GETTING VERY ANNOYED

I am currently tryin to change my website.

I log in as requested, I go to web hosting etc etc and then as soon as it goes to load up 'manage babycakesandbundles' it says I have logged out???

WHY??

I am on a mac and have reinstalled firefox and still nothing!!

PLEASE help...VERY ANNOYED

Not sure on this but double check that your cookies are enabled.

Hi babycakes,

This issue could be that you have logged in before and instead of logging out you just closed the browser, try clearing your cache and cookies, sometimes when this happens it does not clear itself, and requires BT's hosting company to refresh/reset the account.

If clearing your cache and cookies doesn't resolve the issue please contact the helpdesk to allow us to resolve this for you.
