Existing Website

We changed to BT in February and closed our account with our server. We have an existing Website address which is still open but I cannot now access it via our previous method. I assume this should be transferred to BT but obviously we do not want to change our name. When I tried to access it I am advised that the name is in use

Hi there, are you talking about transferring the hosting or the domain?

Have you tried contacting your old hosting service? Ask them if your domain have been transferrred successfully. Then inform BT about it.

You try to access your server using your new ip address. If you did not change DNS ip address then you will not able to access the site.
