Does anyone know how to activate ASP please?

According to the instructions it says :

Click on Site Builders and follow the links to Windows Services, then select the Programming language you would like to enable.

But first there is no Windows Services, so I tried webmaster tools and when you follow this link, all there appears to be there are a load of softward downloads and nowhere to select the Programming language.

I am getting very frustrated and desperate now so any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Some of your other posts suggest that you are using the eShop package. If so, this doesn't come with ASP so you won't have this option.
