    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to upload a video onto my site with no luck,im using the site sparks option provided on easysite wizard,this is a video ive recorded myself on my own camera,ive stored the videos on my computer in my documents and also my videos and nothings happening,can anybody give me some advice please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be any number of reasons, though it's probably either the type of file format being used or the size of the fille you are trying to upload. Many cameras and cell phones use the relatively new 3gp format, problem is&amp;nbsp; however&amp;nbsp; web browsers cannot play this format. So it may need converting to FLV or&amp;nbsp; ogg &amp;amp; mp4 to meet the HTML web standards see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.w3schools.com/html5/html5_video.asp."&gt;http://www.w3schools.com/html5/html5_video.asp.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Here's a good place that will convert files online for you &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.online-convert.com/"&gt;http://www.online-convert.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failing that upload the video to youtube then cut &amp;amp; paste the embeding code into your site, the downside of this being you effectively lose the copyright so it's not for everbody and have to suffer the adverts..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
