topic easy site creator master page in Archive

hi i would appreciate some help. I started with a pre designed template but deleted it all and just used background colour and started to add my own stuff. Added a couple more pages, but these come up with all the original template. I thought the whole idea of the master page was that all other pages would have that information too and it would act like a basic template.

Is there something i need to do to the new pages to get them to look like the master?

Have you already set it that way? I don't find the master page to work that way. You may try to set each page the same as the master page. But if there is a function like what you have said, I would also want to know.
