Hello,

www.hrut.co.uk

Below is a query from my website developer, could anyone be kind enough to help?

Thank you

Derek

Hello Mr. Timms:

We are able to access the server.

But as we have developed the project in ASP.NET as Front-End and MS SQL Server Database as Back-end. For that, generally "WINDOWS BASED SERVER" is required. That can have MSSQL Database support as well ASP.NET Support.
The BT server seems to be on LINUX. In that, we are not able access the MS SQL Database, it supports only MySQL Database.

Kindly forward this mail to the concerned person in BT and let us know of any altenrative.

Regards,

Amit Barot

840 121 6296

Square pegs and round holes. They are basically saying all the work they have done is useless becuse it uses a different language to what the BT web server expects.

What did you pay them to do for you?
