Insert and update record not allowed in directory ../

I'm not able anymore to create new record or update records using a php script that is not in the root of the site. It worked till, at least, begin of July.
The same script, let say "insert.php", if I put it like www.miosito.org/insert.php it let me insert a new record into the DB. It works well.
If I put it in www.miosito.org/myfolder/insert.php it doesn't work (there is any massage of error. Just came back the same page with the form). The connections with the DB are okay.
Someone knows how to solve it or had this problem? Is it a problem of permission of writting in the MySQL from a folder different from the root? From that folder, no problem to read the DB MySQL
