Problems viewing a web site

Can you hepl please.

My company has a lot of customers that cant acsess our website to log in to their Ac's.

This only seems to be happening to customers on BT and with the business hub.

They can load all our competors sites ok and every other site.

Can you run a test and tell me the problem?

Is BT blocking business users?

They can see the site when using a Proxy browser.

Please can you help.

Hi,

It's possible that there's an issue with your records on the DNS servers. Have they tried accessing your site through the IP address?

Also there might be soem sort of block on BT IP addresses with the company that hosts the site. Only way you could find that out would be to check with the host.

yes we have tried using the IP and just get their default search provider.

How would i get a list of BT ip's for the host to check?
