    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Hi Ivankb,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Arial"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;There are standard applications that support telephone control and monitoring via a PC, TAPI interfaces etc., but the BT Versatility does not support these.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is softphone and Click 2 Dial software available on the Versatility but these were developed by a third party supplier and (if it is possible) I dont have any information&amp;nbsp;that I could provide on&amp;nbsp;how you could create an application that interacts with these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;I am sorry that I am unable to help. Maybe someone on the forum can advise!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
