Domain Forwarding

Hi guys need urgent help i am the web designer of a user with BT and i am having trouble forwarding the following url

harleystreet-cosmetic.co.uk to http://drnurein.co.uk/HarleyStreetCosmetic/index.html

is there any i can fix this i have called and called and called and i just egt the run around

i am getting

Hi Mgenterprise,

I have removed the addtinal "locked" records from our side, you should now be able to forward your domain.
