help duplicating pages

Hello, can anyone kindly help?

I am trying to duplicate a page but it loads like its going to happen but then nothing happens.

When i try on some of the other pages it works on some and not on others.

I am also now having trouble creating pages as it keeps saying an error like " invaild path "
