Some questions about eshop

HI,

We are considering purchaisng the BT eshop to help us to make an online shop, but have a few questions about it that don't appear to be answered on the website info

1. If you sign up to the eshop @ £25 per month plus VAT - how long is the initial contract for?

2. If you want to get out of the contract before it is completed what are the termination costs?

3. What was BT's downtime percentage for the last year?

4. Also what Bandwidth size would we be getting with BT.
