New domain redirect to existing website not working - advice welcomed

Hello,

I've just acquired a new .co.uk domain name via BT, that I want to redirect to my existing .org.uk website.

I'm on the Domain Management page,

I'm following the instructions;

the test link from the .co.uk URL to the .org.uk URL works,

but when I try to save it I get the following message:

You are trying to set a www record, when one already exists for this domain. This can cause issues with the domain resolving properly. None of the changes just submitted have been saved. If you need to change a www record please use Advanced Domain Manager.

Any advice on what I need to do?
