Easysitewizard pro not publishing

I am trying to update my website using the easysitewizard pro - I have saved the pages that I have made changes to and have clicked the publish button to overwrite the old website but when you go to the website it hasn't made any changes it remains the old website. I have closed down and reopened the easysitewizard pro and although the editing side is making the changes it still isn't replacing the old website - any tips/help would be appreciated as it is driving me around the bend! Thanks in advance.

I've been caught out before thinking a site hadn't changed only to find that on pressing "F5" (when viewing a page in the browser) the cache clears to reveal the published site.
