Uploading documents

I'm having trouble uploading doc's to my site. I've followed the advice in the EasySite Wizard Pro manual (making a hyperlink, browsing for the file and then applying).

I did manage this successfully a month or so ago ... however since the changes to the webhosting system I can no longer get it to work.

Anyone else having problems or have an answer? Thanks.

Yes, I have the same problem.

I cannot see any reply to this posting you made in July and hope that someone was able to help, outside of this Forum.

The ProPlus manual suggests that it is possible to to format a template for a blank page that will then accept an FTP transfer, but so far I have been completely unable to crack how to do this.

I have lots of pages prepared on either Word or Excel and ready to load up - an easy task on EasySiteWizard 6 - but I can't reach next base with ProPlus.

70-odd pages of instruction manual and it doesn't explain properly how to do the simplest (and most vital) of tasks.

Far from impressed.
