no option to confirm ownership for external domain in domains widget

Hi,

I'm transferred a domain from fasthosts to my BT hosting and the alert on my Manage Services page is:

Ownership confirmation is pending for the external domain 'xxxxxxxxx.com'. Please use the 'confirm ownership for external domain' link in the domains widget to confirm your ownership.

There is no link 'confirm ownership for external domain' showing in the Domains widget. How long do I have to wait for this to show up?

Hi Craigieb,

You shouldn't have to confirm ownership for a domain transfer into BT.

However you can try this.

Click on the email summary box and try creating a new user for your domain, once created this should verify the domain and you can use the domain as normal.

If you have any problems, please use www.dnsforms.co.uk (dns enquiry) and I will look into it.
