www not working

Hi,

My website doesn't appear when I use www. It's ok without. How do i make it work with the www. I am not technically minded so need some detailed help.

I can get into the Advanced Domain Manager section of my account but have no idea what to do next.

the domain is acranum.co.uk

Hi Applepie,

i just checked the domain and i cannot get any DNS records for it,

and when i do a whois on the domain it shows as no one owning it,

have i got the spelling of the domain correct: acranum.co.uk

It looks like you don't have a www record

@none records direct you to http://mywebsite.com

www records direct you to http://www.mywebsite.com

you will also have an FTP record which directs you to ftp://ftp.mywebsite.com

If you go to the domain management portal described in this post

then copy the IP in the ftp record into a new space

then make sure that's an A record and make sure the Key is www
