Hello

Can anyone tell me how to loginto/download the program which shows the visitor statistics for my BT hosted website.?

Hi
First off your going to want to go to www.myoffice.bt.com > My Services and login with your primary BT login details
(these were sent out in a letter when you first got your Broadband/webhosting)
then your going to want to go to the Webhosting section and "Manage Webhosting"
then click "Manage *yourdomain.com*"
now head down to the ecommerce section
click on "Web Stats"
then you need to select your report type, make that "advanced"
then click "Create Report"
then "Display Report"
you can then use this guide to help you read the stats.

On my BT hosted site, the statistics are stored in the "stats" directory so it is as simple as loading "mydomain.com/stats"
