Easy Site Wizzard Pro - unable to launch

Last night I worked on our website without a problem - this morning sunday 1/12 Dec I am unable to launch the easy wizzard pro - last thing I did before trying the launch was to optimise and add keywords - now cant get access to complete my website which has been published and I can access of the web ok.

Could someone please help as I dont know how to get into my website now 😞

Hi Gina,
I am sorry about that. We have had some issues with some browser add-ins not playing nice with Easy Site wizard,

Can you try a fresh browser install (no add ins) and see if this works?

You could try:

- Internet Explorer

- Safari

- Firefox

- Chrome

- Opera

If these don't work you can get access to the ftp via

http://hosting.hostingbt.com/

just click WebsiteOS 4

and contact us so that we can get this issue fixed
