After Renewing Domain lost re-direct

Hi,

Acting on behalf of a friend, I helped her renew her Domain :- westbourneflorist.co.uk, but the redirect of this BT purchased domain seems to have lost its redirection to her free bt website:- http://home.btconnect.com/westbournefloist/.

Having tried on her machine through the "domain centre" we keep getting an error:- Zone Overwrite failed.

As this site is often used by her customers we would like to solve this issue.
