Have I got malware somewhere on my website?

I've just looked at a page on my wife's website (which I created and manage) which has had the word "VVisit" added on its own under a headline. I'm fairly certain that I didn't type it by accident the last time I edited the page. So I googled VVisit and found links to two things - a web counter or possibly malware.

Does BT use VVisit for stats? Or has the site been hacked? I seem to remember Firefox warns you if there's malware on a site but it doesn't do it to this one.

Have had a scan through the FTP server and can't see anything untoward in there. I don't think this is a big issue but can't be sure. Anyone else seen this?

Hi AndyG,

I have checked with the webhosting support desk, and we do not use VVisit for anything, they have said that if you send me your domain name via a private message, they can have a look for you.
