Please help, can't change A record of domain name

I have just bought a domain name and am now wanting to set up a forward but when going into the advanced domain management screen the options that i need to change are greyed out.

How can I set up my forward.

Any help would be great

Hi there Tim,

This happens when there is a hosting pack applied to the domain.

If you want to have this forwarded then it would be best to put in a request to www.dnsforms.com under Domains and Webhosting then General Query.

Thanks, i sent an email/message through this method yesterday asking for this to be done but still haven't had a reply.

I really urgently need this doing today as the website is due to go live so was hoping there was another way?

Is there a way for me to remove the hosting pack?
