Hi we weren't informed that our domain renewal had expired. Great way to lose us business! How long do we have to wait before our website goes live again after paying for renewal?

I a sorry about that, we should send an email to your primary @btconnect.com mailbox to you 60 and then 45 days before expiry.

The records should go back to normal within 4 hours of renewal going through.

To top this happening again I would recommend contacting DNS Forms and requesting a change of contact details to let you know when the domain is due for renewal

Yep! you've done the same again to our other business website.

At what point do you send out a renewal notice and at what point to we start charging you for our loss of business(s).

We are still awaiting our revised website to go live at

www.deborahscaldwellmoody.com. Last time we heard it was becaue your short staffed!?

We are seething at the moment at the poor quality or non existent service.
