    <description>&lt;P&gt;We need to integrate our software with the BT Versatility in order to provide caller identification to the users. Can anyone help and let me know how Versatility provides caller ID to the third party applications. I know its not TAPI compliant, but does it provide it in any other form?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
