We have been dealing with a BT rep online. But now he has completely ignored us and no longer replies.

We have had a company partnership buyout, so the company is effectively trading under new ownership.

The previous owners signed up to BT Web Solutions @£180 per month. We have been trying to explain to BT that we are new owners and do not want this service. We have even pointed out that the contract is with the old business owners\set-up and is not a contract with us as new owners. We have been told that we can not stop the contract until Sep 2014, even then it will take 30 days notice to stop the service.

We are banging our heads against a brick wall with BT. We have now been informed that we are paying BT a £30 fee every month for "hosting". But the website address is no longer in use as we have a new website and therefore we are forwarding visitors to our new address. Our computer supplier is actually "hosting" the name and has is registered along with our new website address. So we have asked what BT are actually charging £30 for.

We simply want to stop the Direct Debits of £180 & £30 every month, as we do not want the service. The old owners of the business signed up to this and not us! We are new owners and effectively a new company and we can't afford this service which we didnt even sign up to.

BT reps and accounts have failed to reply or even help us with this situation.

We are at a loss....an expensive ongoing monthly BT loss! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Station Autos
