hi sbolland,

To be able to send mail through BT from a non BT email address you will need to get the domain names added to your account for mail relay.

To get the mail relay setup you will need to contact us with your broadband account details and the details of the domains to allow the helpdesk to check the whois details against that of your account before they will be able to add it for you.

Hope this helps

I have a couple of domains registered with fasthosts www.companyname-1.co.uk and www.companyname-2.co.uk both of which currently autoforward any email sent to name@companyname-1.co.uk or name@companyname-2.co.uk to my name@btconnect.com email. I then use Outlook 2013 to manage my emails. I would however like to 'mask' the btconnect email address so that when I send an email from Outlook I can chose to send it from either name@companyname-1.co.uk or name@companyname-2.co.uk rather than name@btconnect.com. How do I do this?

My BT package is BT Business Email Lite.

thanks for any help
