    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, i am in the process to transfer my domain &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.ricethairestaurant.co.uk"&gt;www.ricethairestaurant.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; to ipage.com. i contacted Bt and they asked me if i wanted to keep my email address so that they can update the ips tag on my domain. i received the MX records that i need to update my new server. &amp;nbsp;I told BT about 4 or 5 times that the ips tag from my new provider is TUCOWS-CA and asked them to update it. I contacted my new provider and they told me that my domain is not pointing to IPAGE. The nameservers need to be updated to ns1.ipage.com and ns2.ipage.com. i tried to contact BT through the chatroom and by email, but nothing is happening. Yesterday my email stopped working. i am getting really frustrated. I need the authorization code to register my domain with my new provider and nothing is happening. Please can you help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
