I contacted my new provider and they told me that my domain is not pointing to IPAGE. The nameservers need to be updated to ns1.ipage.com and ns2.ipage.com. i tried to contact BT through the chatroom and by email, but nothing is happening. Yesterday my email stopped working. i am getting really frustrated. I need the authorization code to register my domain with my new provider and nothing is happening.
