Is there any way I can find out if if this service has FTP and SQL capability without registering for an account?

I am unaware what services the community web kit is cabable off, I have contacted them to try and find an answer to your query, once I have an answer i will update you on what they have advised.

Hi STCW,

The section of BT that deals with this has got back to me.

Users do not have FTP access to the server. If you want to add images or documents to your site there is an image manager and document manager control on the content editor.

We do use an SQL database but users do not have access to this and it will not be possible for you to add your own.
