Hi Chris,

As lon as the domain iis still registered we can possibly move this to a new account, however in some cases it is not possible.

If you contact us via the dns enquiry form at www.dnsforms.co.uk and include as much acount information as possible I can look into this for you.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

I used to be a BT Business customer some years ago and when I had the service I took up a domain name, however when I left BT I didn't take the domain name with me, it's still registered under my name but via BT, my question is I'm due to go live with a new BT Business service in a weeks time and would BT allow me to regain control of this domain name under a new hosting subcription or would I need to pay additional charges to have it transfered to my new BT account ?

thanks

Chris
