Hi ThumbprintTech,

I have checked their domain and it expired on the 15th Jan, if you or they contact the helpdesk, they will be able to advise what the login details are to renew the domain.

I hope this helps

I am doing tech support for the charity Thumbprint and their web site <removed by mod>and email account <removed by mod> are not working. The web site is showing the error message "This webpage is not available".

They are linked to a BT Connect account registered to <removed by mod>. Has the domain name expired or is there a problem with the hosting package? <removed by mod> has not seen any emails asking for renewal payments.

I am unable to contact you via email as I don't know the BT account number.

Thanks, I'll contact the Helpdesk.

It would be useful if there was a "general queries" email option for people to use who aren't BT customers. There didn't seem to be any other way of contacting you apart from posting on here.
