Google plus website link rejected

Hi all

I have a website which is hosted through bt business which is currently active, however when trying to connect the website to a google plus account the request is rejected.

The error description which is given is "The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster." The url can be linked in to various other social sites so I wonder whether google plus could be causing this or the hosting?

I am facing a similar error when I try to submit my website for validation via the google pagespeed site.

https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

I get an error when it tries to query my website.

"The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.
Your support ID is: 158919055633639344882"

Are BT sites being blocked from Google?
