&lt;P&gt;In most cases this is due to customers using a VPN service or proxy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using any of these please disable them, if this is not the case, please use the dns enquiry form at &lt;A href="http://www.dnsforms.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;www.dnsforms.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; and provide your current IP address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We can then see if we can get the IP address whitelisted.&lt;/P&gt;
